Step Five: Settlement & Insurance

Once we receive the signed forms and appraisal we will submit your loan for approval (usually processed over 5-10 business days). Upon approval, there are two final items to address:

• Set up a settlement date with you and the title company
• Order flood, liability, and fire insurance with new loan information and fax changes to us.
