Step Three: Appraisal

Once all of your information is processed, we will need to run a credit report (required by lender) and order an appraisal for your home. You will be contacted by one of our appraisors to schedule an ideal time. The appraisal fee is paid directly to the appraisor at the time of the appraisal.
