Step Two: Mail Required Items

After the application is completed, we need the following items to continue the loan process:

• Last two years' W-2 Forms
  If self-employed or if rental income is to be used for qualification, please include last two years' 1040.
• Most recent pay stubs for all borrowers
• Two most recent months bank/stock statements or most recent quarter (all pages)
• Copies of real estate tax bill, fire and flood insurance policy description pages
• Application Fee($350.00)
  
• Credit Report Fee ($30.00)

• Agreement of Sale if purchasing
